Conduct a briefing of the operational processes with our Operations Manager
In the initial 2-3 weeks of being awarded operations have our Operations Manager operate the site with the authority to add items to the scope if required
After the Operations Manager is satisfied with the site, he performs a handover to our Operations Team and instructs and educates them to any specific site requirements
